1. Provider. The “Accounting AI Assistant” is a free tool on accountingservice-bg.com provided by Avia Invest EOOD, UIC 201628476, 41 Aleksandar Stamboliyski Blvd., entr. A, fl. 1, apt. 1, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, tel. +359 897 818 116, office@accountingservice-bg.com.
2. What it is. The assistant is an artificial intelligence system. Answers are generated automatically by Anthropic's Claude model from a verified base of facts from official sources and, when needed, by searching a limited set of official websites (e.g. the National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute, Registry Agency, Ministry of Finance), with links to the sources. Answers are not reviewed by our staff. Answers are marked as AI-generated, including in a machine-readable form.
3. Not advice. Answers are general information about the rules in force. They do not apply the rules to your specific situation and are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Using the assistant does not create a contract for accounting services or an advisory relationship with Avia Invest EOOD.
4. Verify. AI can make mistakes or miss an exception or a recent change. Laws, deadlines and rates change, and the linked pages may be updated or removed. Before making a decision, paying or filing a document, check the linked official source or consult a professional.
5. Liability. We make reasonable efforts for the assistant to work correctly, but we do not guarantee that automated answers are complete, accurate and up to date, or that the service will be available without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
6. What not to enter. Do not enter ID numbers, passwords, bank details, health data, other people's data or confidential documents — they are not needed for a general answer. The assistant automatically masks some numbers (e.g. 10-digit numbers and IBANs), but this is not complete protection. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair use. Do not use the assistant unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it (e.g. automated requests). To keep the service free, the number of questions is limited; above the limit the service temporarily refuses new questions.
8. Changes. We may change or discontinue the assistant and these terms. The current version is published on this page with its last-updated date.
